When do I pay?

We require 75% deposit as soon as the event is confirmed. The final payment is due 14 days after the wedding

How early do I have to book?

We recommend to book as early as possible especially if you are planning your wedding in the Summer months, where it gets quite busy. 

What happens if I cancel my booking? 

We understand that plans can change, we take this case by case, but we advise all our clients to read our Terms and Conditions

Am I allowed to provide my own drinks?

Yes you can provide your own drinks and we do not charge a corkage fee

Do Rocket Staff wear uniforms?

Yes Rocket Staff will be provided with smart uniforms. We can also discuss providing specific uniforms of your choice.  

Will I get to taste the food before the wedding day?

Yes, a tasting is included in the price. We try and make the tasting as similar as possible to the setting on the big day therefore we will be presenting the flowers, table setting, cutlery etc.

 

 

Can you provide meals for children?

Yes. We love catering for kids! We make all the classics: Pizza, chicken nuggets, we can even provide little picnic boxes so that they can sit out in the garden to eat.

What are the minimum or maximum numbers you cater for?

We cater from 50 to 500

Can you provide tableware & glassware?

We work with our preferred suppliers that can source tableware and glassware

When are my final numbers due?

We take final numbers 1 week prior to the wedding but we understand there can be last minute changes so we always try and make exceptions where we can.

I have people with special diets can they be catered for?

Yes we are very used to catering for all types of diet and our chefs can create unique menus for guests with special requirements. The information will need to be given before the tasting.
