Traditional late summer wedding at home

THE SPOT

British garden in Hampshire, surrounded by grounds of family winery

MENU HIGHLIGHT

Canapes and afternoon tea to include bridge rolls, homemade eclairs, pavé of beef fillet with bearnaise sauce and croustade of quail’s egg and asparagus.

At tables, guests enjoyed tuna tartare with guacamole, coriander and sesame followed by venison, celeriac, and seasonal vegetables

DESSERT

Salted caramel milk chocolate almond marquise, dulcey cremeux with a bitter-sweet caramel ice cream

PARTY TIME

An amazing bar built between the dance floor and dining room. Fantastic cocktails served by our mixologists in white tuxedos and black bow ties
