Dainty and elegant, with blush pinks and florals matching the country manner setting perfectly.

THE SPOT

Hedsor House, a 100-acre country house situated within touching distance of London. Exudes grandeur and intimacy all at once.

MENU HIGHLIGHT

We served a variety of canapés from seabass tacos to seared Scottish scallops served with a parsley butter. The Isle of Wight tomato soufflés also went down a treat. For the sit down meal, guests began with Secret Smokehouse salmon with English pea and asparagus, to be followed by fillet of beef wellington with parsley root purée.

DESSERT

A beautiful dessert bar, full of flowers and colourful treats. Highlights included violet macarons, nut butter chocolate pops, English summer rolls and raspberry choux with buttermilk and raspberry mousse.

PARTY TIME

Celebrations continued fuelled by espresso martinis and late night snacks of halloumi fries, chicken and lamb shawarma wraps, and various dips.
