MENU HIGHLIGHT

To begin guests enjoyed Antipasti to share: tuna carpaccio, Pugliese burrata and grilled asparagus with lemon and pecorino alongside freshly baked focaccia. Main courses included lamb rump, with potato souffle and garden carrots, or miso aubergine served with pomegranate and fresh coriander for vegetarians.

DESSERT

Gelati in a variety of flavours: from mini blueberry and chocolate magnums, to honey ice cream dressed with honeycomb.
